roachmann great fit
the sleeve that came with pump was hard and had no strech, the new one is soft streches feels great. the origanal sleeve lost suction you had to keep pumping and pumping to hold a snug fit with the gel sleeve there is less pumping so there is a better feel of suction. and because of better suction there is a improved amount of growing, it gets fatter thenn ever.about 10 min
